Mr. Rajesh Verma is the managing and founding Partner and Litigation Head of the firm with 18 years of experience in the Legal Industry. He is alumnus of MDU Rohtak, Faculty of law, from where he has completed his degree in law (LL.B) in the year 2006 and got enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana as an advocate in the same year. He has worked with many Senior advocates and is associated with various Law Firms. Mr. Verma has wide range of experience and expertise at every level of litigation from the level of trial, appeal & revision since last 18 years. His core area of expertise is, Civil & Criminal Litigation (with specialization in Family related matters, Negotiable Instruments cases, Consumer Court cases and Public Utility matters). Mr. Verma has also conducted and participated in many arbitrations, mediations, Pre-litigation mediations, Lok Adalats and conciliations between the litigants to bring peaceful and mutual justice to both the parties. He believes that NO CASE IS INDEFENSIBLE and takes his every brief under that believe. And his motto is to help every client that approaches him and to secure justice to the client and the society as a whole by assisting the Court.
